My son's surprise birthday party was there. The staff was all in on it. It was amazing. We had a great time. We definitely going to come back and do it again.

Really hard to see flaws with this place. I came here to have a few beers and even got a suggestion from Henry for some great food, which was a crispy chicken sandwich, and it was very delicious. When it was delivered to me Henry was busy and the lady sending out the order, Alyssa, got me another beer as well which was appreciated and awesome. Dave and busters is a nostalgic place for me and I now come once in a while to show love to this place. See a lot of negative reviews but I guess I was blessed to have great servers today. Thanks Dave and busters!

You know what you're getting when you come to Dave and Busters, good food and lots of fun. This location is nice and spacious. The staff is friendly.

Just wanted to take the time to thank the D&B dining area crew for their outstanding service this Sunday for my birthday. We had a walk-in party of 24 and needed accommodations. Not only were they welcoming but they easily handled our large party! What was most surprising is the updates to their menu. We were there a year ago and the food was ok, but since their menu options have changed, we were impressed. The food has really improved! My kids had a blast in the game room - way more spacious and lots of options for them to play and roam around. They even added more tables which are not elevated, allowing my elderly parents the opportunity to rest and relax as the kids played. I dining room even has large wall screens to watch the playoffs making this the best place to go for a game. The large screens (which are everywhere) allow me to watch the game no matter where I'm sitting (or standing)! I highly recommend D&B Milpitas, especially if you have a large gathering and need space. For larger parties, you usually get slow service due to the number of orders at the table, but they were fast and efficient, with multiple people delivering orders from the kitchen, not just our server. We did not have to wait long after we ordered our appetizers, then after ordering our entree's. Fantastic job!

My co-workers and I love coming here for happy hour. Kid friendly, family friendly. The staff is amazing and the food is yummy. There are different areas to eat, depending on how loud you want your environment.

Daisy, Pepe, Vickey, and the management team were amazing and made my son and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. It was a great atmosphere and a wonderful Mommy and Me memory for my Honeybun. We will definitely come back. Keep up the great work team!

We love our time here. Neil and his entire crew were/are amazing every time. We have already made our reservation for next month. We will also be back between then and now. Thanks again to Neil and his Staff for always making our time here an excellent experience!!!

Pleasantly surprised. The venue itself has had alot of upgrades. One side is open seating and more family friendly (noise is high), while other side was more melow and I can hear myself think. Staff was overall attentive and food was american style. More on the finger foods. The photographer was polite to ask if my table wanted a free pic which they printed for us to keep. The water didnt taste like soap and the cutlery was solid. Manager came by to greet us and even took some time to chat. From what I can recall he had some new upcoming events after 8pm starting april 2. Dont quote me, my memory sucks. Overall I would likely come again.
